Fine, I admit I'm here probably 5 times a week, which is only partly because it's on my driving route to work. The coffee is reliably good, although I wouldn't say it's a standout or the best in Perth by any stretch of the imagination. Staff are friendly and efficient. The selection for lunch is good - there's a mix of hot food (beef rendang, quiche, thai curry, fried rice, roast vegetables, soup etc.) and sandwiches, paninis and wraps. J'avais fouillé la zone de l'ouest de Perth pour un petit-déjeuner pour le petit-déjeuner au petit déjeuner, je suis trouvé le plus délicieux petit déjeuner de petit-déjeuner que j'ai jamais goûté à Paddington Jam. Les œufs brouillés étaient crémeux et frais, avec du bacon parfaitement cuit et seuls les meilleurs feuilles d'épinards de bébé. I had been searching the West Perth area for a breakfast wrap for those breakfast on the go mornings... I found the most delicious breakfast wrap I have ever tasted at Paddington Jam. The scrambled eggs were creamy and fresh, with perfectly cooked bacon and only the best baby spinach leaves. It was amazing and ALL I could think about all day was coming back for another the next day!! Thank you! :)

coffee was in order, but just asking, is it normal to charge $1 for mandele's milk? to be honest, this is the most expensive mandelmilch for coffee ive ever paid and the brand is the common brand they find in the super market and don't get his sweet warn that there will be sugar in the mandelmilch
The chicken avocado sandwich was delicious made with fresh ingredients, the light mayo made it even better. The coffee was ok, the area has amazing coffee spots so the standard is set high. Food wise there was quite an array to choose from including a variety of hot food.
Pretty nice spot for a decent espresso and quiet place to have breakfast or go for a meeting.

I tried a Japanese chicken sluice that was quite delicious. the part of the chicken was very generous and well flavored. will be back to try their coffee!
5/10 try harder toasted sandwich with soggy gurke and salat stingey with the fillings and a bit dry coffee was not particularly good either
