I love a saucy pizza, and the calamari was a delightful addition. It was cooked perfectly—not at all overdone—and there was plenty of it. The light crunch sprinkled on top enhanced the overall experience. The octopus side was a bit salty for my taste, but my family really enjoyed the rich flavor in every bite. I was curious to see how the octopus would be presented on the pizza, and I was thrilled to find thin slices beautifully arranged on top. Once again, there was no shortage of it.
I truly appreciate that Chef Damien always has something fresh and exciting coming from his kitchen, and I can rely on it being delicious. I can’t wait to return and discover the next fantastic creation!
It truly is amazing what chef Damien can do. Everything that I have tried here has been beyond delicious. He is not afraid to try different things and adds his touch to make it special. I didn’t think I could ever eat anchovy on a pizza but his Grandma with anchovy and jalapeño was flavorful and not strong at all. The pasta, sandwiches and desserts all have their special touches that makes it different from all the others I have tried. I missed the taste of zeppoles as they are hard to find and not only does he have them, he tries different variations! I’m always looking forward to see what he is trying and have not been disappointed.
Tried this pizzeria for the first time a few days ago and WOW, I can't stop thinking about it. Everything was so fresh; you tasted every ingredient, along with the hard work and love that goes on behind the scenes. The menu has tons of options and Damien (the owner) is always thinking of a new item to add or have as a special. We tried the penne alla vodka square, the cheesy breadsticks, the buffalo chicken with garlic knot crust, the Tuscan fries and the pork belly bao buns (special of the day)! Cannot recommend this place enough and I know that we'll be back countless times in the future!

If you’ve never been to Paesano’s Pizza Kitchen in Syosset, seriously what are you doing?! This is officially my new favorite spot for any kind of pizza imaginable. The first time I came by, I was able to try to Buffalo Chicken Pizza with the Garlic Knot Crust and I can wholeheartedly say that my life has been changed. The pizza was truly cooked to perfection. Amazing experience this evening with my family…..Damien at the counter was extremely helpful especially when recommending the Hawaiian slice rolled up…..between the buffalo slice, and the Hawaiian slice mixed with the cheesy bread and phenomenal customer service this pizza place exceeded all expectations
During our visit from Canada, we had the chance to try several dishes from the menu, and everything was truly exceptional! The staff was both friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.
Chef Damien consistently offers something fresh and exciting. This time, I had half calamari fra diavolo and half grilled octopus. It was incredible! Delicious and visually appealing!

We love it here!!! We finally found our place. The food is great, staff is lovely, and place is cute and clean. We come here every week for our pizza date, so glad we found it.
