Completely unprofessional staff unwilling to fix their own mistakes. When you call to tell them how bad their service was they will call you back to argue with you. This is just one pic of their terrible food served here. We literally tip them $15 on a pickup order and they refuse to fix the mistakes. Take your business elsewhere they do not care about you as a customer.

I ordered last night 30 wings of paesans in guilderland. when I grabbed the box, it felt extremely lighter than normal. When I came home, the wings were literally the smallest wings I've ever seen. I and my sons were very disappointed?

Just ordered 65$ worth of food while having covid and had someone pick it up, everything was wrong and the one thing that was right was disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked with no cheese in them.

4 years later still don’t like this placeI’m empty inside because this mozzarella stick is empty(Also waited 45 mins for 1 order of mozz sticks and fries) but some were very cold and some super hot

Good but pricey. $20 for 2 topping medium. I can get a large for that price almost anywhere else.
