The restaurant offers plenty of parking and features both indoor and outdoor seating. While the interior is quite nice, I wouldn't particularly recommend sitting outside. Well usually Pagliacci is on point. I used to get it delivered all the time in downtown. Unfortunately this location just isn?t as good. As you can see they undercooked my pizza and for forced me to put in our oven to actually get it to a point where it was enjoyable. Along with the really expensive breadsticks which are good but just disappointed with the higher cost you don?t get the better product. Maybe the remodel here is making things hard on the crew. Or maybe they were just having an off day. Edit: Pagliacci reached out about this and made it right. Definitely the way to do business and keep me coming back. Thanks Pizza Pals!
A minute or two later, I overheard someone at the counter ordering slices, which I didn't realize was an option. I got in line and waited a few minutes. When it was my turn and I requested two pepperoni slices, the cashier told me that the person before me had taken three out of four slices, leaving only one available. I’m not sure why the cashier didn’t inform me that I could order at the counter while I was waiting. It seems like common courtesy to let customers know about the ordering option. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. During the entire hour we were there, not once did the staff wipe down a table or check the soda machine. We will not be returning to this establishment. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but I felt it was important to share this critique. The behavior of the staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional, and they all appeared very young. Moreover, they did not wear hair nets despite having long hair, which resulted in hair being found in our food as well.

I wouldn't even give this place one star if it weren't necessary to submit my review. The overall environment was very unpleasant, and the professionalism of the young staff was lacking. Additionally, they did not wear hair nets despite having long hair, and we even found hair in our food, which we complained about.
