I am a dental doctor, and I find it humorous that companies work with such ignorance, fear and disregard for their customers as if we were all the malignant bears of a fatal disease. they were formerly a friendly, welcoming crew, but as many other companies have embraced the dehumanization of their customers by screaming at people in the line to wear a facewear and demanding vaccination proofs before they even offer a friendly welcome or hallo. I ordered a large pizza and a small salad, and was informed that there would be a 1.5 hour wait, which was not unexpected for a Sunday night. Surprisingly, the order was ready 30 minutes early, although I was not prepared for it. Upon arrival, I had to wait 10 minutes to receive the pizza, which had been sitting for another 10 minutes, and an additional 10 minutes for the salad. By the time I got home, the pizza was cold and soggy, and missing two ingredients. After calling to address the issue, I returned to pick up the missing toppings and received a small pack of dry cookies as compensation. The staff at the counter were very nice, but the restaurant was dirty. The floor was sticky and covered in food, and all the tables and chairs were dirty as well. We arrived around 4 pm, before the dinner rush. The salad was fresh and the crust on the pizza was good, but the pizza itself was too greasy. We were hoping for better quality. The service was decent, but the atmosphere was not great. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing. Price per person was between $30-50. Food was rated 3, service 4, and atmosphere 1.
Pagliacci's is Pagliacci's. Really great pizza. More of a dining area in this one than the Crossroads location. Great tasting, filling, and satisfying. Expensive. The pizza and salads at this restaurant are delicious. The pint of ice cream is a bit pricey at $10, but it's so good that it's worth it. The only thing lacking is some hot sauce for the pizza. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also great with a rating of 5 out of 5. Overall, a great spot for dinner.
I really enjoyed the spicy chicken and gorgonzola and tomato pizza slices. It was convenient to buy them by the slice. However, COVID has affected this place, as the toppings were less than before. We were grateful to use their terrace with the gas heaters to stay warm on a cold night while enjoying our pizza.
