A small Trattoria with a great taste. The authentic Italian menu offers a variety of favorites and some new Italian finds. I tried the Tortellacci di Zucca, which is a homemade pumpkin Tortellacci with sage in a sage cream sauce. So decadent. We also had the Pappardelle di Manzo, homemade pappardelle, Angus short ribs rage and tomato sauce. Another delicious dish. In addition to homemade pasta dishes, Pagliacci offers signature dishes containing fish, fillet mignon, osso bucco, chicken and calf. The parentheses of pizza and antipasti are just like salvating. The menu is accompanied with a very well paired wine list. We enjoyed a Merlot and a sauvignon blanc. The location is easy to find at the corner of Coldwater Canyon and Moorpark, but it is ready to park in this tiny center. We found parking on the street and went to the restaurant that helped after the meal to go a bit back to the car. The restaurant inside is small and intimate. Enjoy the homemade pasta and wine with a good conversation or watch your sporting event on your TV. Children are welcome, but this is really not a place for children and not a place for them to move. It's very close quarters, like a real Trattoria!
