a great job in the kitchen can get lost in the living room. It is difficult to find a person responsible for taking note, a chef's partner - nothing to do with the good doing of the rest of the staff - with less desire to work and less complicity with the customers. so much degan, impertinence and coldness, makes what could be a magnificent family meal with a “how long before we get better.” a pity, they are years of work that can be tarnished by forced employment, perhaps by a false self-complacence, but showing no empathy with the comensal. eating well is one thing, feeling good is another. if they don't add up, they'll lower the project, they'll have to reconsider for their own good.
