My friend and I went to have dinner and went to Paisano's. I have not been there for years and my friend has never been there. Madison was our waitress and she did a great job and found her to be very entertaining. She has a great personality,very jovial, and a good people person. You guys have a great employee with her.I had the Spaghetti with a couple meat balls and my friend had the ravioli. We were both please with our meals. The food was good and prepared quick. So a good experience we had and we will be back again. If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. We ordered $40 worth of pizza AND left a tip when we complained of FREEZING pizza, even when my husband showed up before he received a text that the pizza was ready. We were told the pizza was just taken out of the oven and set under a warming table yet the box wasn’t even warm. Nothing was done about this from a customer service stand point, which is very upsetting as a first time customer whom lives 5 minutes away. First and LAST time we will order from this place. Spend your money elsewhere!
