I absolutely love this place, the staff are always warm and friendly, and acknowledge your presence the minute you walk in. I love the Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, and recently had the Breakfast Bruschetta by staff recommendation. Coffee, teas, and iced drinks have always been...spot on. Seeing the interaction with their customers as a frequent visitor, I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment, as I am sure would those customers concerned. A real gem. We were totally disappointed with the milkshakes at this shop. They should stick with hot drinks only. When we ordered the milkshakes, we were asked if we wanted regular or large. We opted for large at each, but they arrived in small plastic cups...the size of the cofee (see photo). It was basically a cup of stirred milk as it was just cooler than room temperature and almost no flavour (both the banana and strawberry). A total ripoff at Will never buy anything from this business again.
First time I've been to this cafe and pleasantly impressed with quality of coffee friendliness of staff and the eggs Benedict I had. I am a black coffee drinker and I am stunned how often I will get a luke warm coffee, the coffee was...hot and had a nice crema on it. The eggs Benedict was good I'm unsure if it was a house made sauce or one from a jar but was still nice. Will return
I've been going here do years, Gaby and her staff are welcoming and exceptionally friendly. Best Coffee around, I go every morning on my way to work to grab a coffee as the coffee is that great, as a regular customer they know my name,...they see me coming and know what I'm going to order, now that's fantastic customer service

We took a break whilst having work done on our car, to visit the Southgate plaza. Lunch at the Palace was enjoyable and the staff were very helpful with choices, and most friendly! Good choices available for many dietary needs, with indoor or outdoor seating.
I ordered the vege breakfast and added bacon. Was really nice but disappointed o only got small rashers for Coffee was also quite good and staff were really friendly and energetic which made a good experience. Very reasonably priced meals too.
Lauren makes the best coffee! So Polite welcoming. Pia is a great cook! Always very friendly. Has become our local coffee hole. One or two new baristas could lift their game. But Lauren never fails!!!
Visited here today to meet with family. Printed paper menus on every table were all dirty. Coffee was okay but advertised prices confusing.
