Very good. the attention of all the staff was 5 stars, facilitating all the requests we made to them. the human capital is its strong. the great food, the service of the waiters, do a great job. But breakfast is terrible, very bad. coffee maker at breakfast or buffet breakfast sells a bad coffee not, the next. I was surprised. accessibility within the hotel is sometimes difficult to reach the rooms, there are stairs that are a discomfort and a barrier not only for people with mobility difficulty (major, people with crutches, .... but also when you take a baby sillita or with many suitcases or heavy ones. also comment that in our room the bath pipes smelled very bad.
