We often come here for a little treat. It's a good half an hour's drive for us so we can't justify it too often, but we alway enjoy it when we come. We've been many times, sometimes just the two of us and sometimes with friends. This is a buffet style 'all you can eat' restaurant. You are shown to your table and drinks orders are taken and then brought with prawn crackers, then it's off to the food! There are salads, pancake rolls, dumplings, sushi, sea food and many other things to have for starters. Let's start with the good news - it doesn't cost a lot for a lunchtime 3-course meal. As much as you can eat for only €12.50. Unfortunately, this is about as good as it gets. We arrived just after 13.00 hrs and were shown to our table. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink and then ignored us until we had finished our starters. Although it is a buffet it would have been good to drink some wine/water with it! All of the starters were either stone cold or luke warm. Our third visit to Vire and this restaurant has been opened within the last two years.We found the ambiance very pleasant and the staff friendly.This is an eat as much as you want buffet restaurant. The quality and choice of food on offer was very good with everything from sushi to roast potatoes and including a good variety of seafood.From starter to sweet there is something for everyone.The cost in the day was 12-50 euro per adult which rises for some reason at night and weekends to 17-50 euro.A bottle of Chinese beer costs 3-30 euroWhen you pay your bill you are offered a hot towel and a drink of rice wine, which we thought was a nice touch.
We visited this Chinese 'eat all you like ' buffet on recommendation and we are glad we did! Its not located in the most picturesque of places but for the ease to stop and convenience of grabbing some food; its perfect. There was an abundance of...choice, it was relaxed and very chilled. The food was good and I went up about 4 times! My boyfriend is a big eater too so he was in his element. The wine was actually 'ok ' too, for the price and there were no dodgy bellies the next morning either! Worth a visit, especially for large groups or families with children. Nous avons essayé le Palais d'Emeraude pour le déjeuner où un buffet à 12,50 euros est proposé par personne. L'intérieur est lumineux et spacieux et le service est rapide et amical. Il y a des salades et des sushis pour une entrée légère, puis de nombreux plats du buffet chaud, y compris des fruits de mer, du poisson, des ailes, de la viande et des légumes. Les dumplings étaient délicieux. Nous y retournerons bientôt pour essayer la sélection du soir. Bonne nourriture, personnel agréable et serviable, et bon rapport qualité-prix.
le choix de nourriture n'était pas génial, la qualité ne m'a pas semblé bonne. chaque plat n'avait pas de goût distinctif, comme on pourrait s'y attendre, presque comme si on avait utilisé la même saveur pour tout ? La sélection de déjeuners est également possible. Très limitée.
