Update after change: We've been to the new Pala for dinner two times. Before we were regular guests, I think that's what happened right now. There is a 3rd chance, however, with some time distance, in any case. After reopening under new direction, we were at the end of September with 5 people on site and at the beginning of October with 14 people. There were only one small card, were ordered Rumpsteak, pork lend, etc. The food was altogether ok, the portions were rather small, the supplement salad had to be ordered to what was a little too expensive for the present. From the host site there was the impression that there was little gastroexperience, there was no communication, except the reception of the order. What was massively disturbed me during the first visit, at 2 appetizers and hardly any operation in the restaurant, it was not possible to serve a soup and a supplement salad at the same time. Time shift about 15 minutes. You have to do that first. Visiting was completely forgotten, my salad main dish came to the last, when the others had already eaten almost completely at our table. Unfortunately, my wife's wine steak was not involved with a wine steak, it had more of Prague ham.I wish the new growers good luck and success and hope that one to 3 skippings of quality and service will be put on. Otherwise, one should get an advice from the outside. What surprised me was the non-application for the new opening. I'm passing the restaurant every day and I almost didn't notice it's open again.
