OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan. Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple. No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us. There is no reason this place should have anything over 2 stars. The pizza and bread sticks were bland and not pleasant to eat. We got a specialty salad that we thought would be a decent size for the price, but what we got was almost exclusively lettuce and at least half the size that it should have been. Two of the workers were very disrespectful and always on the their phones and had no respect for their job or coworkers. They should do better. I would recommend working on their customer service

Pizza is pretty good here! We loved the cheeseburger pizza the most! A little more pricey than other pizza places but worth it!
