As always our entree and mains were good and well presented. The atmosphere and noise in the restaurant was not good on this night. There was a party going on around the bar area when we arrived at 5.30 pm which was very noisy and loud music was playing that you couldn't hear anyone speak. Trying to get served at the bar was a nightmare as the party guests were all crowded around it. I feel that this party should of been held away from the restaurant part of the hotel. However we will be back again as it's a great place for a good pub meal.
The pub food was fantastic, but the new QR code scanning and payment method was frustrating and time-consuming. We spent 20 minutes of our lunch trying to figure it out. Additionally, having to provide personal information to a database feels like an invasion of privacy. What if someone only has cash? They would be at a loss.
I didn't prepare our table. I just said to sit somewhere. tables were not cleaned and soiled with food plaster. it wasn't just another group there. music was too loud. obviously a new girl at the bar that could not work the register. eating was good, but it took a long time.
eating was amazing and the personal was so friendly! especially a coworker kodie went by and up to help us make our friends 70th birthday unforgettable. brandon was also very nice and made an excellent pina colada service: 5 location: 5.

The food as usual was excellent. The service from Matthew was first class. He is a very personable and happy young man.
The service was poor. My son's plate was practically tossed at him after the kitchen had to remake his burger.
