Panagopoulos Pizza

I attempted to order a pizza on a Sunday night at 5:00 pm. Unfortunately, when I called, I was put on hold right away without anyone saying hello or asking me to wait. After waiting for 6 and a half minutes, I hung up and tried ordering from Ricardo instead. The phone was answered promptly and the customer service was pleasant. I am disappointed with the service at Panago and will not be ordering from them again, even though I used to be a fan of their pizza.

Tried to order pizza on a Sunday night at 5 pm Phone went to immediate hold without even a person say hello please hold. After 6 1/2 minutes hung up and ordered from Ricardo's where the phone is answered immediately and with a pleasant attitude. Would not try panago again and used to be a fan of their pizza.

Ok its pizzaits a franchiseSome people like it some like other franchisesFor myself, I would rather Pizza hut over Panago but thats just my own personal preference. My wife is yelling at me right now that she would rather this Panago restaurant over any other so thats that. To each their own.

They don't wear hair nets and I found I LONG, black hair coiled in my pizza! GAG!. I took it back and got no apology but they wanted to give me a free pizza....and I wanted MY MONEY BACK!

The pizza is consistently delicious at this restaurant, however, it is a bit pricey. The staff is always friendly and the owners are welcoming whenever I come to pick up my order.

Nice little cafe in Villeray, with pretty good cappuccino and freshly filled cannoliBut the best part was the friendly folks running the cafe.

The pizza wasn't very hot, but it was fresh and delicious. I would recommend it, but only if you ask for quick delivery.
