I've only been there for breakfast a few times, but each experience has been fantastic. The pancakes, scrambled eggs, and hash browns are all the classics you expect. I also tried the Land roasted steak with gravy and cookies, and everything tasted great. It feels like they really strive to provide quality service, and the food is always flavorful. I've never encountered hard pancakes, burnt hash browns, or overcooked steak there - it’s definitely my go-to spot when I’m in the area. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, and there’s plenty of parking, which is a definite plus. Great food, extremely fast service they had our food on our table within 5 minutes and I ordered a ton of things. Very impressed with the way they operate their business, I've been here 2x when on vacation and I've always been impressed. Very worth your time and money. The service was prompt and to the point. I always like places that take care of your needs right away. The story of the owner being a freedom fighter in the middle east them managing an IHOP in Costa Mesa then now owning his own restaurant is an amazing story. We even had a chance to meet him. A very down to earth guy. Great service, food, price and quality. Superb.
Much nicer place than the old location. Food was still as good as it was at the old location as well. The only reason I took one star away was because my food was served well below room temperature. Like it sat for a while... but it was served to our table pretty quick after ordering. I don't get how it could be cold when it came out so quick. Maybe it was someone else's order originally and it sat for a little bit? No idea. Staff is very nice and check in on you often. Booths are comfortable. Tons of variety on the menu for breakfast. Will be back here again.
I was on the hunt for a great pancake place—one that could serve up traditional pancakes that fill the house with an irresistible aroma. Unfortunately, I didn’t find that here, which left me a bit disappointed. My friend ordered the vegan Nelly (a hash brown-style scramble), and he thought it tasted good. However, when it comes to the pancakes, this restaurant felt more like a Denny’s or IHOP, so I wouldn't expect too much when you visit.

We live near here and finally got to try this place. It’s great! Everything is clean and delicious and served with a smile. They made us feel at home, and they were happy to accommodate our baby too. Our breakfast plate was fantastic and big enough for two. Our server was attentive and charismatic. We left with full bellies and good vibes. Definitely coming back and bringing the rest of the family with us!
The food is very good. They had a little trouble with service as they brought me the wrong order but brought me the correct one quickly. We had to remind them twice of my daughter's side of hash browns. Atmosphere is nice, but the heat was turned on super high, to the point of being uncomfortable.
Was treated to a birthday breakfast by a church friend last Friday October 13 was great but a slightly inattentive waiter I asked for extra butter for the buckwheat pancakes and got only one cup but pancakes were great. The hearty multi grain pancakes are great too would go again though
I was looking to try something new and stumbled upon this little gem. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and the staff is super welcoming. The food was delicious! I apologize for the photos, but we couldn't resist diving into our meal right away.
