I ordered a burrito with extra steak, as I was eating the burrito I noticed all I was biting into was rice, no steak in sight even after a couple bites. This was odd, seemingly because I paid for extra. I get to the end and all the steak is literally sitting in the bottom, but still really wasn’t what I paid for. I go to Pancheros because they mix their burritos unlike chipotle. My burrito couldn’t have been mixed if all the meat is sitting on the bottom of the burrito. On top of that, the steak was hard and rubbery. I usually love Pancheros, but this was not the best experience.
Very digusting employees .. He was on his lunch break and came into the place of business at the same time as me. He was rushing to help the long line. He didn’t wash his hands or put on hand sanitizer. The older gentleman put his gloves on directly in front of me and begin to try to serve me my food. I explained to him the OSHA law and being clean he got upset with me for him not washing his hands. He then begin being rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable. I’m so upset I really wanted to eat here he didn’t even offer a discount due to his lack of cleanliness and disrespect
Every time I visit and the male staff are working, my experience is consistently disappointing. The portions are small, and the restaurant appears unkempt. If you don’t see the female staff working when you arrive, I suggest turning around, unless you’re willing to pay the same price for less food and poor service.
One of the worst to-go burritos I 've had. Everything cold, extra meat was less than half a scoop, rice maybe from last night??

Pretty decent food but very slow service. It looks like they only had one person working during lunch rush on a weekend.
1st time trying it ...Chipotle where??? Yeah queso and chips blow Chipotle out the water. Food also taste like better
The restaurant did not open at 10:30 AM as expected. I noticed the staff walking around with ear pods in their ears.
The tortillas are freshly pressed, and they mix all the ingredients together before wrapping up the burrito!
