Pancho's Gourmet To Go

I've always heard well if not big things about food. It is a howrd set up how to pay the gas companion, but the menu has interesting options. I tried the Chicharrones Power Burrito because it was said to be the most popular. I found it small, but lots of food. It's very rich. The texture of the chicharrons is not for me. I liked that the Burrito had great taste, much red green Chile and was on the appearance. Get a lot of napkins and a water, it is very salty. I think they're closing at 8:00

Who knew some of the best food I had in NM could be found in a Lil gas station? Please don't pass this place, it's great!! We heard it was really good and decided to try, and we were not disappointed. I had the queen and it was great. There are so many items in the menu to choose from. It was made fast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. If I'm ever back in the Pecos area, I'm definitely stopping! Hopefully others try to enjoy this place!!

The food was great. Never thought I would say that some of the best food I had on a trip was from a gas station kitchen. It was worth it. Had a combination plate. The food was well seasoned and fresh. If you're in Pecos. Get some food and find a picnic place. Good.

Love Pancho's! The food is always so, so good; sometimes even better than a dine-in restaurant. Don't let the fact that it is a kitchen in a gas station deter you.
