We like Panda and had been to a few. When we came to this location last, we had 1 dish that had to be made fresh, which was usually fine, but instead of giving us the rest of the food, they just left our food out and waited for the 1 dish. It took a while, and the cook didn't seem to be in a hurry to replenish Beijing Beef. After about 20 minutes, I finally had to ask for our food so we could start eating first. Then they gave us the dish when we were halfway done with our food, no apologies or anything. Food was good but bad service unfortunately.
After paying for my food I looked over the receipt. I noticed I was charged for food I didn’t order. I spoke to Maria and asked her to credit my debit card. She stated “we do not give refunds”. She offered to write my name down on a piece of paper for a free meal next time I’m in. I have never heard about a customer not getting a refund due to an employees mistake. When I got home I googled their return policy. Maria the manager was wrong, they do offer refunds. I will be disputing this transaction.
I ordered the Beijing beef, and it was so overcooked that I returned it for a refund. The owner asked for a receipt that I had never received. Then, the manager intervened and informed me that the cash register doesn’t provide receipts. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my money back for something I had paid for just 10 minutes earlier. Be cautious!
It's Panda Express. You know what you're getting, however, the people here are pretty good and they're very friendly. Just like any other place like this you want to go during the busy times for fresh food and the price point is much better if you get it in person versus delivered

The food was inedible! There was more onion then anything else! Nor only were onions THE most visible of all other ingredients, literally EVERYTHING tasted like onion! NEVER eating/ordering from Panda Express again!!!!
This place no longer serves Sweet Sour chicken. My wife's favorite. We won't be going here to eat more, untill they bring it back. What I don't understand is why discontinue a popular dish.
Dropped in for takeout on my way to an overnight hospital stay. The clerk kept asking if I wanted anything else... three times. Food was good, as always. Cheered me up.
Always a solid dinner or lunch choice. Staff is always friendly, with clear communication and quick to get your order.
