I had a frustrating experience with the owner regarding my order. For three years, I've consistently ordered "lunch combos," which always include an entree and an egg roll. However, when I called today about missing egg rolls, I was informed that I need to specify "combo or dinner combo" to receive an egg roll. Because I used the term "lunch," I was given a "lunch special" instead. It's absurd, especially since I place the same order every week. Instead of acknowledging the mistake made by the woman who took my order and honoring my request, the owner engaged in a lengthy discussion about the use of the word "lunch." I saw a Google comment in which someone gave a low rating because they didn 't get enough sauce. I 'd just like to note that I believe the staff actually reads these comments to make improvements because I had a similar problem before but when I ordered from here last night there was a table dedicated to large containers of sauce free for the taking and the woman at the counter offered me as much sauce as I want. So for anyone currently reading reviews a lack of sauce will no longer be an issue.
Generally awful reheated food. Nothing is fresh; everything is old and decaying and comes from a freezer or can. Prices are high even for the area. The staff has incredibly thick accents that render them almost impossible to understand. Local traffic is a nightmare; it takes forever to enter or leave the parking lot and general area. The neighborhood is so much nicer than Philly so I added two stars over what this dump deserves.
I feel they have very good food, however the customer service of the driver/delivery person is horrible. I was referred to Panda Bistro from a co-worker and loved it. Decided to order for dinner one night, and the driver asked me was I going to give him a tip. At that point, no. He then stated that he had to drive 15mins to get to my destination. Very unprofessional.
I would be careful ordering from Panda Bistr. I ordered there 1 x about 2 yrs ago and pretty good value,food. I went in today to get a menu and the SMELL was awful, it was a combination of wet dog, ammonia( or pee? , and moldy something!! I won't be placing an order, not sure what is going on and I don't want to get sick. Buyer beware
I work across the street and I'm extremely disappointed with my dinner. I ordered chicken lo mein, and when I got home to eat it, the chicken was raw. This isn't the first time this has happened. I will no longer be recommending this place and will not be returning. Stay away if you don't want to risk getting sick!
