I used to come here 3-5/week. After today, never again. This location has continually taken longer and longer. I primarily use the app to order and it used to work to get food on time, 10-15 min. Over the last few months, this has increased to today's record of 50 min. The is because for the second time, I just left without getting food I paid for. So who knows when it finally got done. Part of the problem is that the staff doesn't consistently acknowledge the pick-up line at all, with food waiting 15 min on the pick-up shelf before it finally gets handed off because they're just ignoring or serving one person in the pick-up line at a time instead of either calling out names on the order or...
I had to wait for the honey walnut shrimp, but it was worth it. I appreciate that it was never an issue for me. The service was excellent, and whenever I'm in Richmond, I make it a point to visit this place before heading back to Berkeley. A little tip: bring your own metal water bottle to keep your drinks cool. Also, I always request extra sauce and I like to bring home plastic bags for reuse. I'm really grateful for days like this—thank you, God, for life and the ability to enjoy a meal. I encourage everyone to save wisely! I enjoyed the food, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I placed my order online, but it wasn’t prepared until I arrived, which was a bit frustrating because I had to wait. However, the food was hot when I left, so it’s not a major complaint. I’d suggest having a separate line for online orders, as it would streamline the process. The whole point of ordering online is to avoid waiting. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, quick, and efficient with both my order and those of other customers at that time. Plus, there were no hidden fees!
I ordered a bowl with white rice and string bean chicken and the woman serving me put one scoop on it, saw that there was literally no chicken on there, and didn’t care at all. The beans were also not cooked enough and very hard. Would not recommend. Should be advertised as just beans. Edit: the fortune cookie didn’t have a note in it. Not a pleasant experience.

The food at this restaurant is what you would expect from Panda Express—pretty typical. However, the staff is always friendly and hardworking. It's a decent choice if you're looking for quick Chinese fast food.
The portions are tiny! The server was so stingy. I paid for a large entree and only got 4 tea spoons of rice. Ended up spending a lot, could’ve had a better deal at a formal Asian restaurant.
It's a Panda Express located in a pleasant and generally secure shopping center. As with many areas in the Bay, remember not to leave any packages visible in your car.
This is a decent chain restaurant offering Asian-American cuisine. However, the prices are a bit high considering the quality of the food.
