Panda Express - Réserver une table

I ordered a party package catering order through Uber eats for my doctors office and was getting a notification that my order was going to be delayed for delivery (ultimately being canceled due to no drivers). Although there was some poor communication with one of the staff members at this Panda Express location (even though I had called twice before), after speaking with the manager, Anson, on my third call to the restaurant, he made sure my order was ready for pick up. Anson was able to accommodate the food to be ready for when I arrived, provided extra samples for the inconvenience for me and my staff and to try, brought the order out to my car and apologized again for everything. Worst experience I ever had in one of the Panda Express locations. I placed an order using Uber eats and they mess up my 2 orders. Clearly on the receipt attached on my Uber eats deliver said what I ordered. Surprise, surprise I was charge for the items and both of my orders were missing items.I ordered 3 meats in my platters for both of my order and they have the audacity to not included in both of them. I’m beyond piece off about this, I spoke to Uber eats and they gave me a refund but only $5. To top it all off the serving are a joke. No meat at all specially considering they charge me for my 3 type of meat that never came in.

Asked if I could try a tiny piece of chicken before I bought it and got a NO. Customer service sucks. They should hire nicer people that could at least smile. The food was very bland not too much flavor. I don’t usually go around giving reviews but I was not happy with my purchase

Inside the Newport Plaza food court, hence remains crowded for most of the day. Food is tasty, but takes a lot of time in queue. Their checkout process is really slower, otherwise a nice fast food chain chinese restaurant all together to visit.

Ordered 3 sided in a bigger plate received one in the box and one separately they missed to give one and the quantity is very less compared to any panda express

The portion sizes have really decreased. I ordered the shrimp for an extra $1.25, and they only gave me three pieces.

Had a bowl of fried rice and kung pao chicken, found something like bug leg in my food…will never come back again

I loved panda express food. but I will not consider eating on this. Eat was burned over boiled. not so fresh.
