Food was so different from the other PEX. Tables not cleaned and paper napkins on the floor. The flavor of the food was not the same.. plenty of workers but not much going on. The cashier was in a roll in doing many things, even wiping tables when she could get that minute. 7 employees and only a few being team players. Won't be coming back to this one, my BFF is the manager at one and let me say that she's got it down packed. Always clean and fresh food. You really can't expect much from the young working at PEX. Most are only there for a check so I do get it but damn, get it together. If there was a manager present he or she could of not been no older that 21. This place doesn't deserve any stars. Waited in line for 30 minutes. When I finally was ready to order they only had a few entrees left on the menu, everything I mentioned I wanted from the menu they were out. I told the employee he needed place a signage stating they were out of most of the menu items, Employee didn't say anything so we drove off. I think a restaurant should not be open if they have nothing left to serve customers. It was a waste of time to go to this location, because its always the same thing every time I go there. This location is under poor management and should be better prepared to have enough food to keep its business running adequately.
Restaurant only offers Driver thru for lack of staff. Food was good, and service was quick. Food was hot to order and accurate. The person (Male) taking our order seemed a bit annoyed in the manner that he was answering. We get it, but c'mon Dude. We ordered food to eat at that moment but no plates were sent for our Family Order. Really?!? We were not aware that it was only drive thru ordering so it threw is off. Maybe next time, maybe...
Always noisy. Why don't people discipline their kids not to yell and run around in restaurants? Food was kinda blah today not much taste and only able to take cash, no cards. 6-8 in line at a time and moving slowly. Tables dirty but lots of workers inside. Dirty tables are a big turn off for me.
