**Restaurant Review Update:**
As of March 19, 2024, they frequently run out of Teriyaki chicken, and I’ve noticed that the portions have decreased. It's quite disappointing, especially since I have always enjoyed their consistent portion sizes. Sadly, they even seemed low on chicken today.
In an earlier update from June 27, 2023, I mentioned that they no longer provide a survey code on the receipt after you fill it out, which used to allow you to get a free entree with a purchase of a two-entree plate. This change is unfortunate. Additionally, the staff seems to struggle with entering the code we receive via email into their system, and they have chosen not to honor it.

I have concerns about food handling and safety for the workers at this location. When was the last time it was audited or inspected? Last night, my fiancé ordered food for both of us through the Panda Express app. I chose my usual: a plate with chow mein, Beijing beef, and honey walnut shrimp, while he opted for a small a la carte container of Beijing beef, as he wasn't very hungry after having eaten earlier. We have often ordered from this location without issues until last night. I arrived a bit late to pick up my food, as the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM (22:30) and I got there at 9:22 PM (21:22). When I entered, the usually busy restaurant was quiet, and the staff was cleaning up and preparing for the next day. I patiently waited for assistance.
However, I noticed something concerning: one staff member was carrying chicken from the grill to the hot plates where customers can see the food being served. I ordered takeout, got home, ate half my meal only to discover I was eating moldy vegetables. Now I am sick to my stomach and have wasted the money I spent to buy dinner. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of my food and the audacity of the workers to serve moldy food.

This Baltimore National Pike location has consistently disappointed me, from finding hair in my food to missing items and serving cold meals. Panda Express is one of the few fast food places my family enjoys, but it's quickly becoming excluded from that limited list.
Only downside is not all hot plates constantly kept full. So may end up waiting for fresh food to be made if you are doing take out.Parking: Most times parking lot isnear empty. So easy parking
I ordered teriyaki chicken... but they didnt put on any teriyaki sauce. Without the sauce its just chicken and rice. I didnt know I had to order the sauce separately
One of the cashiers was quite rude, but Song, who I believe is the shift lead, is fantastic.
