The restaurant is extremely clean, and the staff is very friendly. The presentation of the food is beautiful; however, the taste was completely lacking. I ordered Beef Broccoli with fried rice, but what I received was a massive portion of fried rice that tasted like cardboard, accompanied by a scoop of barely cooked broccoli and two tiny pieces of beef that were smaller than my thumbnail. I asked for soy sauce to help make it more palatable, but they informed me that they were out.
Panda Express is not much of my liking food wise, but they have their things. This panda in particular has a very rude staff. I was being rushed with no line behind me and what’s up with the thing that this local in particular declines to give samples. Literally the guy there told me “yeah we can’t give samples, only samples of this right here but we are out”. Super rude, I won’t recommend you coming here.
I had the worst experience ever! After working a 13-hour shift and feeling super hungry, I decided to pick up food through the drive-thru. When I got home, I was shocked to find the most meager portion I've ever seen! For $9 (with tax), I expected so much more. To make matters worse, I also discovered an unwrapped straw for my drink in the bag—definitely unsanitary. I won't be coming back again!
The food at this restaurant is always outstanding, and the staff operates in perfect harmony like a well-coordinated team. However, we recommend reconsidering the design of the front doors, as they are quite heavy for many people, particularly the elderly and those with special accessibility needs. I recently made an online order at Panda Express that got lost at first, but the issue was quickly fixed while I waited. It had been years since my last visit to Panda Express, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and great value for my money. The leftovers were just as tasty the next day.
There have been multiple times where the employees have been rude. They also run out of things often. They seem to never have teriyaki chicken, no matter at what time of the day you go they either don’t have any or there’s always a 15 minute wait, once I was even told 30mins. ??
The service at this location could use improvement, particularly from the staff at the register. I've had a few experiences where the attitude wasn't the best, and it seems difficult for them to address simple mistakes without being dismissive.
Panda Express is a fantastic fast food Chinese restaurant, but this issue has occurred too many times. I ordered the broccoli beef, and it mostly consisted of broccoli with just three small pieces of meat. Réservez une table maintenant
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was prompt, although the food didn’t seem as freshly prepared. There is a great selection of options available during lunchtime.
