Came here after shopping in the plaza across the street. We ordered and ate the food in the store, and had no idea that there was a no dine-in policy here. Out of nowhere a female employee comes out from the back and starts yelling, (yes yelling) at us to get out. Less than a minute later we are about to leave and she comes back and keeps yelling at us, and humiliating us in front of the store for eating our food. This is 2022, I assume that after 2 years of the pandemic most businesses would be happy to open up and have normal operations. If not that's fine too, but there's no need to harass and belittle customers about it. If we would have known this would happen we could have gone to Pick Up Stixs, which was open and allowing people to eat their food in peace, and probably the better choice from the start. Panda really needs to work on training these disgruntled employees how to handle simple situations like this with basic social skills. This was such a bad experience. Moral of the story, DO NOT go here.
Order online. The food seemed old, not fresh. It was more remarkable in the Chow I had. The vegetables tasted old. Orange chicken is not so great. Such a gum. The dough on the chicken used to be crispy. Lack of sauce. Not really fresh again. I used to be my favorite duck. I thought the Teriyaki chicken should be cut and also have a sauce or glaze on them that was absent. Instead, the Teriyaki chicken was only boneless thigh meat probably marinated in teriyaki. No mandarin sauce like before. Doesn't look like they were advertised. I just know it's not what I remember. Kung pao Chicken was so-so. Like we got junk. Vegetable spring rolls were average, but were muddy inside. I tried to give this place a second chance after my last order a few months ago. Wasn't good at that time and isn't better now. The last time I had Panda and it was decent 10 years ago. Tested like old remains that you could feed a dog if it were safe. I can't believe this place has over 4 stars.
