The WORST FOR THE SERVICE! I put an order online and my employee picked him up for me. She couldn't find my order and an employee said it was already picked up. They claim someone came in, showed her receipt and somehow the name was the same to mine. my employee confirmed that there was not the case and instead of knowing that there was probably a misunderstanding and a mistake, they were rude and gave her a difficult time. They said I had to come to a pickup of order, and they wouldn't give it back. Online orders have phone numbers to reach and check, but they were not willing to take this step. So I went over there and asked to talk to a manager. MON is the name of the manager who was completely rude and was not willing to understand that although the order was made (what could be? ve was tampered with), the problem was the fault of his employees and he put on us for their fault and not accept that the wrong person went away with the wrong order. he asked what I liked to do and I asked for a refund. Before he gave me the money, he took a photo of my license and gave me $20 cash. in writing if this becomes a legal problem. not here. the employees are completely rude and incompetent.
