Ordered online a couple times but food is never ready on time which is frustrating to wait for them to get the order ready. They rectified by giving me more food though so I'm happy Update 2/2/19: placed 2 family feast meals online today and when we got home, noticed the walnut shrimp is only 2/3rd filled. Called and requested for manager, Cecilia she said there should be 24 shrimp. Hang up, counted and there are only 21, called back and Cecilia says they can either give me credit or go back to the store for replacement. It is still raining so we opted for credit. My fault for trusting panda express over and over again expecting them to improve their food.They leave the food out for hours until it sells. I got 3 servings of the shrimp and I could tell they've been left out a while, not juicy they were dry andcrusty. Still ate them, about 30 minutes later I threw up and had chest pain. Nasty how they let food sit out for that long, Ishould have asked them to make new shrimp and waited, so I accept some of the blame. I know when they make it fresh it goes downbetter.....But some of my shrimp tasted off, gross. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I tried to place an online order at 8:50 PM, but the website said I couldn't because of high order volume. Most of the menu items were available, so it didn't make sense. The restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. I asked an employee how long the beef and broccoli would take, and they said 25 minutes. I ordered Chow Mein, orange chicken, and Beijing beef, but when I got home, I realized they gave me Kung Pao chicken instead of the orange chicken. It was really frustrating. Do the entrees really take 25 minutes?
I bought a record with 2 Entrees. I only chose CHOW MEIN, with SUPER GREENS as my 1ST ENTREE and vegetable rolls as my 2nd Entree. Unfortunately, I DID NOT get a FULL SERVING of my SUPER GREENS. I received 5 pieces of broccoli and minimal pieces of cale and cabbage. This is the third time I was unhappy with the SUPER GREENS... Once there was hardly one of the delicious garlic sauce, and this is the 2ND TIME I received less than a full portion of the super green. I think I'm not going to Panda Express for a long time. I have never seen so many staff members as confused as these people today 2:17pm. 1st they couldn't figure out what 3 orders of Rangoon were, then the cashier couldn't figure out what I meant when I said I need all the types of sauce. She literally only gave me soy sauce and chili sauce. There's like 4 more different sauces fool.
This is the best Panda Express I have been to. The cooks are great especially during lunch time. The white rice is moist and delicious. The Angus steak is soft. I can't tell you how many times I have had Panda in other locations and my food is either under or over cooked. This one is just right. Good job everyone! ??
