While I love their food, the experience of being there was not the best. I had ordered takeout and when I got there to pick it up, nobody acknowledged my existence though I stood by the register for a good 6 mins. Like others have been saying... getting food here is a hit or miss thing. To this location specifically the last two times I've ordered out the rice feels hard and dry and the noodles likewise were far from appetizing. I'm quite upset with the service at the cash register. I'm disabled and had to make a special request for my meal. I asked them not to put my food in a bag, to skip unnecessary items, but to include a fork, napkin, and receipt. The staff said they understood and would follow my instructions. However, instead of accommodating my request, they just put everything in a bag and set it next to me. This wasn't a difficult request—I even asked them nicely to either follow through or refund me. I placed my order through DoorDash and ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken. I tried to add a special request, but the app wouldn’t allow me to. After placing the order, I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady, asking her to include some teriyaki sauce since I couldn’t add a note through the app. She asked for the name on the order and assured me she would inform the kitchen to add the sauce. However, when DoorDash delivered my food, there was no sauce included. Additionally, I ordered a side of shrimp honey walnut, which I never received either. I’m very disappointed, especially since I paid for everything. It feels like a complete ripoff.

My visit to Panda Express was just okay. I went on a Tuesday around 2:30 PM when it wasn’t busy, yet about half the tables were still dirty. I understand it’s fast food, but since I was the only one in line, they didn’t seem in a hurry—almost felt a bit pushy. They also filled both of my duck containers with Chow Mein, leaving me with less of the two entrées I ordered. The service and cleanliness definitely need some improvement.
This panda was ok. I was there about about 2:30 on a Tuesday. Not busy but at least 1/2 the tables were dirty. I know it?s fast food but when your the only one in line shouldn?t have to feel rushed. almost felt they were being pushy. Also they over filledmy two entree container with Chow Mein and I got less of the 2 entrées. Could use some improvement on service and cleanliness
The restaurant is decent, but I was let down by the orange chicken. The sauce was too sour, likely from an excess of vinegar and a lack of sufficient sugar or orange flavor. Additionally, the beef in the Beijing dish wasn’t as fresh as I’d hoped, with many pieces being quite tough.
I got brown rice with my bigger plate, the rice feels like stones in my mouth. The rice is dry and i think it was left exposed to air atleast for half a day. I tried to call the restaurant, so atleast stop serving that to other guests without success.

Used to be good and consistent. Food (noodles and orange chicken) is overbearingly rancid. Never have ice tea. Experience based on my last 3 visits each a week apart. Never tasted the food, just took it home and threw it out.
