I ordered a plate of chow mein with grilled chicken teriyaki and black pepper chicken. The portion was decent, but I remember them serving much larger sizes in the past, which left me feeling a bit let down. I also ordered cream cheese rangoons, but the flavor of the food was lacking. Despite my disappointment, I finished everything since I was so hungry.
I took my food to go, so I didn't pay much attention to the dining area, but at a glance, it looked the same as it did a couple of years ago. There were a few patrons dining in and some picking up take-out, indicating a steady flow of customers.

I’ve been visiting this restaurant for the past couple of years and I’ve been patiently expressing my anger because, First of all the 2 male managers are very rude and they teach their employees to give less portions of food to customers while we’re paying full price somebody should really look into this
We always have our lunch/dinner whenever we go to the Leesburg Outlet mall. This location of Panda always been exceptional and beyond our expectations with the quality and taste. Our kid loves this place. Seating is little cramped up but in summer its good as we can be seated outside as well.
The lo mein was slightly overcooked, but the price for two entrees with a side was reasonable. If you're looking for a quick meal, this restaurant is a great choice for fast service.

It's okay for fast food Chinese. But don't expect much. I wasn't that impressed, but it can satisfy a Chinese food craving.
Closes at 10 and they stopped cooking at 9. Probably should just close at 9 unless you want the five+ choices.
The staff was friendly, and the food was quite tasty; however, the portion sizes could be a bit larger.
