This is the worst Panda I've ever visited. The portion sizes are laughably small, and the taste is terrible. You can clearly see that the food is not fresh—the celery in the chow mein is very brown, and the eggplant is too dark, indicating it's been sitting out for far too long. And I won't even get into the flavor. If you're craving Panda, I'd recommend going to one of the other locations in Pleasanton; there are a few nearby that are much better.
I love the place, I love the food, everything is great when you walk in, but when you order your food for a delivery they start forgetting things. Like just today I ordered my food and ordered Teriyaki sauce with it and even in the special requests area I wrote two packets please and when it got here there was no teriyaki sauce at all.
These guys are a joke they give you small portions. So a combo plates cost $9.50 for barely two rice bowls of rice and scoops of food that use an ice cream scooper. Really for Chinese fast food?...use to go to Panda when it first started and has gotten worse over the years...People time to find other places to go.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me? The food containers at Panda Express keep getting smaller and smaller, and the portions are shrinking too. I even asked another server to please add a bit more fried rice. It’s starting to feel like a rip-off. Do these employees think they run the place? Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered an online order for pick up. It was very poor quality food. I have gotten couple whole pieces of chicken and steak on my order and rest were scraps. I accidentally ordered on this location and would NEVER place order here again.
I was a bit disappointed with my order of honey walnut shrimp as I only received six pieces. The portion felt quite small, and I regretted not asking for more, but I didn’t want to come across as that kind of customer.
This restaurant offers very good value for decent or slightly above average Chinese cuisine. Using the app to order ahead can help you avoid the often lengthy wait to place your order.
The restaurant was consistently good and exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Réservez une table maintenant
