I had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. I usually enjoy the Panda's on base, but this particular location has a vibe that feels a bit too somber, as if everyone just returned from a funeral. I'm not sure if it's poor management or something else, but the overall atmosphere is quite muted, and I think it impacts the service. If it means getting better service, I’ll gladly go to the other location that's a bit farther away. On the bright side, the food is always good!
The staff at this restaurant are consistently rude. They often ignore customers and spend several minutes chatting among themselves before even acknowledging you. Additionally, they didn't offer my third side dish, which is something that all Panda locations usually do. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
Bryant is fantastic! He really helps individuals like me with Asperger’s manage social interactions. He efficiently handled the register without needing to say much at all. He definitely deserves a raise. Thank you! Also, Panda is always incredibly clean—it's honestly the cleanest restaurant chain in all of Pendleton.

Please encourage your staff to be more professional and refrain from leaving for coffee right after clocking in. It’s quite disrespectful. I hope that employee values her job more, as not everyone gets such an opportunity.
