It used to be a favorite restaurant but I won't go anymore. The lady named MONICA M. treats the customer very badly, the treatment is racist and despot with Hispanics, being Hispanic, also her treatment with Anglo-Saxons is very friendly, but with Hispanic people, I don't usually writing about this type of thing but the type of person he is is very unfair to me. Modern aesthetic, good amount of seating, and the employees all seemed nice. We were in a rush so placed an online order for pickup an hour ahead at 6:30. We got here around 6:40 and it still wasn't ready (they said they were waiting on the teriyaki chicken, which seems to be consistently late according to other reviews). Took another 5 minutes. They shouldn't offer ordering ahead if they miss the time frame by that much, especially after giving them an hour to get it prepped.Also the trash cans were both full to the top so we had nowhere to throw our garbage. At least the food was great, just like you'd find at any Panda.
Only one entree available at Noon on a weekday... Only one guy cooking one entree at a time. Rice was hard and dry as if it was from last night, vegetables in the rice were undercooked. Rice and veggies shouldn't be crunchy. Chow mein probably had more cabbage than actual noodles... Management and staff here don't know how to run a lunch rush if it could save their lives. Do NOT go here! All the other 1 star reviews are extremely accurate. It even seemed like the one employee taking my order didn't want to be there. If you don't want to work for customers, don't; no one is making you work there sweethearts...
Not sure why they have no teriyaki chicken in the middle of the day, 3:30, but just had to wait 15 min for some entrees, and the staff ended up forgetting about my order. Teriyaki chicken was sitting there for 5 min before I got up and just left. Too many people on staff for all this to happen

This is the worst panda express that I've ever visited. The portions were small and the people that work here have an unnecessary attitude. I'll stick to the one on the south side.
I want Chinese food fast, I sacrifice. It's not horrible, but it's not your favorite Chinese food place... atmosphere is like any other fast food joint.
Just want to shout out Juliana at the front handling the customers during rush on Sunday. She was calm and attentive in the midst of craziness. Nice
