I placed an online order today, and when I went to pick it up, I noticed they hadn’t given me a receipt or even offered one. I approached the counter to ask about it and spoke to an associate who had limited English skills. While she understood my request, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for not asking for a receipt. I recently had an experience while delivering food that left me quite taken aback. I was at the Panda Express on Main St. to pick up two orders, and while I waited, I politely asked Henry if I could use the restroom quickly. To my surprise, he responded, “We only allow paying customers to use our restroom.” I was shocked by his response. Here I was, supporting their business by delivering their food, and I felt treated poorly as a delivery driver. Additionally, many of the staff didn’t seem to smile or engage at all. It made me wonder if they were unhappy in their jobs. If that’s the case, perhaps they should consider finding work that brings them more fulfillment.
Worst panda express ever. The chili crisp shrimp is not crispy at all. I can see the shrimps are ready to go to war, what's with their batter as armor and all. No, it's not batter. More like battering ram due to it's resilience. Chewing on them will sculpt your jaw to be like handsome squidward. The eggplant tofu was too sweet that if it was named James you'd see them on big billboard ads. And the portion was somewhat lacking compared to other panda express locations. Definitely won't come again.
I've visited three different locations of this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experiences have been quite consistent. Each time, the chicken has been either undercooked or overcooked, and the chow mein has been excessively dry. I also witnessed an employee repeatedly asking a man to leave, even though he wasn't causing any disturbance. On top of that, I saw another employee using the same cloth to clean both the top of the trash can and the food trays.

I really like Panda Express. The only issue is that the staff seem pressured to sell you items you didn’t ask for. They ask so many unrelated questions that it’s easy to forget what you originally wanted. Plus, if you have questions, it’s difficult to get a chance to ask because the questions from them never stop.
Terrible experience! There were only a few items available, and many plates were empty. It's noon, lunchtime! The manager should really pay attention to this. It seems like they don't want to cause any issues, but that's not helping anyone. If I want more food, I have to wait until the manager decides to restock!
Rudest server ever!!!!! This one server in particular named YANG is a nightmare. Saw her screamed at a CUSTOMER for asking for the restroom code. when I purchased a soda and asked for a water cup too she went and yelled at us cause she think I'm putting soda in my water cup when I was filling my soda cup
I ordered catering from Panda Express, and the food was prepared right on schedule. The staff were genuinely appreciative of my order and frequently offered assistance with carrying the food to my car. The food tasted just like classic Panda Express, which I find delicious.

I stopped by during my lunch break for a quick bite to eat, but unfortunately, my debit card information was stolen. Because of this, I wasn't able to buy any Christmas gifts since all of my money was taken.
I love Panda Express and eat there at least three times a week. I recommend all the dishes except the fried rice, which I find a bit too dry.
