This particular location used to be above average, but unfortunately, it has been underperforming in recent years. Today, I placed an online order and upon picking it up, I realized that they did not provide me with a receipt or even ask if I wanted one. I approached the counter and spoke to an associate who had limited English proficiency. She understood my request but instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for not asking for a receipt. I found this lack of customer service surprising, as I believe it is the business' responsibility to provide a receipt without being asked. Did some side gig delivering food and was sent to Panda express at Main St. to pick up 2 orders. When I was still waiting for the orders, I asked Henry politely if I could use their restroom really quick. His answer to me was “We only allow paying customers to use our restroom”.I couldn’t believe what I heard from this Asian guy. I was providing them support for their sales by delivering their foods and they treat delivery guys like that?And most of them don’t even smile. I guess they’re all unhappy with their jobs. They should just quit and find a job wherein they will be happy.
I ordered a bowl with white rice noodles and orange chicken, but was disappointed to find that the amount of rice provided was less than half a cup. When I asked for more, I was given a small portion of noodles instead. The lack of portion size and quality left me unsatisfied. It's no surprise that the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night at 7:30. I will not be returning to Panda Express after this experience.
