A staff member informed me that they were busy fulfilling a large online catering order and would assist the customers waiting in the lobby afterward. He mentioned it would only take about 10 minutes. I didn’t mind the wait since I was excited to try their new Beyond Meat orange chicken. However, my wait ended up being around 30 to 40 minutes. When I finally got to place my order, I was told that the Beyond Meat orange chicken wouldn’t be available until FRIDAY, despite being prominently advertised nationwide, featured on their website for online orders, and highlighted in every in-store promot...
I placed an order online and, although I arrived a few minutes late, the staff didn't seem to have my order ready. They eventually located my receipt sitting right on the counter. One of the advantages of ordering online is avoiding the long lines, especially when you have a large family order. I asked for extra sweet and sour sauce but only got two half-full packets. It feels like they are being really stingy with the sauce each time we order, and it's not just the rising fuel costs that are frustrating! The food was excellent, as usual, but there's certainly room for improvement when it comes to staffing.

We took a drive from the city, and it was definitely worth it. Rocky at the Maple Grove location is incredibly kind and genuine. It's not often that you walk into a restaurant and are greeted with a warm smile, asked how they can assist you, and sincerely asked about your day. He is a dedicated employee and an outstanding person. I was really impressed by both the food and the service, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Rocky, for everything you do to brighten our day. You are truly appreciated!

Every time I visit the city, I make it a point to stop by and enjoy my favorite dishes. I typically order the Chicken Teriyaki with white rice, a side of Beijing Beef, and Sweetfire Chicken Breast with fried rice, along with another side of Beijing Beef. I also love to get a few orders of crab rangoon to dip in sweet and sour sauce. As always, the food was fantastic, and the staff was extremely courteous.
Whenever I'm in town, I stick to my go-to dishes. I always get the Chicken Teriyaki paired with white rice and a side of Beijing Beef, along with the Sweetfire Chicken Breast, which comes with roasted rice and another side of Beijing Beef. I also love the Crab Rangoon served with their tasty sweet and tangy dipping sauce. The food was excellent, just like I remembered, and the staff was very polite.
The staff should have told us that the rice would need to be freshly cooked, but instead we were served leftover rice from the pan. The rice even tasted burnt. On top of that, the Teriyaki Chicken didn’t have any teriyaki sauce. This Maple Grove location is a big letdown compared to my previous experiences at Panda Express. I’m very disappointed!
I really enjoy the food at Panda Express! However, this particular location falls short. The staff often come across as grumpy and seem frustrated with customers. They frequently run out of items on the menu, so be prepared to wait 10 to 20 minutes for your order to be prepared each time you visit. It also appears they are understaffed.
