Who doesn’t love Chinese fast food? Panda Express is a place my wife craves about once or twice a month, and since this location is nearby, I've been there a few times.
Let’s start with the positives: the food is generally good and fresh. We’ve always been pleased with the quality and portion sizes, which is the main reason I’m giving my review two stars instead of just one.
Now for the negatives: nearly everything else. The service leaves much to be desired. For starters, they often seem to be out of various items. I don’t go there late, usually ordering well within their business hours; so it’s frustrating to find they’re out of chow mein at 7 PM, which also makes the already long wait...
During most of my visits, about 75% of the entrée serving trays are empty. It's frustrating! They really need to hire adults and ensure they're paid fairly so we can receive better service. We already pay a decent price and would gladly pay a little more for quality service and staff who are genuinely caring. Nobody wants to arrive at a place that's supposed to offer a wide variety of options only to find that most of them are unavailable. To make matters worse, the staff member added sauces to my rice and chow mein without me asking for any. It felt quite rude.
It's been about 4 months since I visited this location. I had a long morning and was surprised to see an employee name Vee (saw the name tag) with a big smile and very friendly. Other staff were pretty nice too. These kind of excellent friendly customer service makes my meal even taste better. I had two orders. 1) Fried rice chow mein, beef broccoli and crisp shrimp. 2) Fried rice chow mein and chicken teriyaki. Thanks!
I just had a fantastic experience at Panda Express! The restaurant is immaculately clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I couldn't help but indulge in the delicious Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef—the flavors were spot on! Everything was tidy, the service was great, and the food was a delightful explosion of taste. Panda Express, you've definitely gained a loyal fan!

Everyone at the restaurant was great - the staff, the ambience, and the overall maintenance. However, the only downside was the server named Shawn. He was very rude and seemed inexperienced in dealing with customers. He only gave me three shrimp, and it felt like he was being stingy. Overall, he was a terrible guy.
Came thirty minutes before closing and they had four things, 3 pieces of orange chicken (not even enough for one portion), fried rice, and crab Rangoons, idk why they don't close earlier when the kitchen closes because they literally don't have anything left.
Overall, I really enjoy the food here. The service is excellent; the staff is attentive and the food is served quickly.
A great spot to enjoy a reasonably priced and healthy meal at any time of the day!

They refuse to provide knives. The restaurant also had an unpleasant odor.
I liked the attention and the very delicious dishes.
