While the hotel and rooms were nice and fairly clean, there were many shortcomings during our stay. Despite calling ahead to inquire about the heated outdoor pool, we were disappointed to find that the water was too cold to swim in and the pool was full of leaves. The restaurant options were extremely limited, with only a small cafe, a poorly run deli, and a Panda Express available. The Fatburger appeared to have been closed for some time. The service was severely understaffed and unfriendly, and the food from Panda Express was nearly inedible. The steamed vegetables were sloppy and soupy, lacking freshness. I had a disappointing experience at Panda Express. Each dish seemed worse than the last, with undercooked chicken and overly sweet sauces. The Peking Duck was particularly disappointing, with a muddy texture and excessive sweetness. I would recommend staying away from this restaurant, as it is not worth the time or effort to visit such a franchise.
The staff is not very friendly and the pool is closed, unfortunately this information is only shared with guests after they have checked in. There is a small sign hidden in the corner. Guests can use the pool at another location, but it is 14 miles away. On the bright side, the rooms are clean.
