Horrible customer service! I ordered a large platter of General Tso Chicken and had asked for ALL WHITE MEAT! It was like a strip of real meat in it and the rest all breaded chewy! Then had the audacity to charge me $3 extra for white meat when there was literally no meat in it just all batter. So I called to swap it out for something, the manager started arguing with me saying there’s nothing they can do about it when I’m telling him I’m not going eat it and that I am unsatisfied. Then switched up at the end and said I could swap it out and that they would send someone to deliver Chicken Broccoli instead and we give them back the General Tso…why a whole HOUR went by and still no one showed...
Very good food. Nice portions, General Tso’s chicken, crab Rangoon (yum) and In my opinion they make the best Chinese pizza (scallion pancake) in this area. Super crispy, flaky on outside nice and chewy on the inside and not greasy!!! I Had to call after my first delivery for an issue and they were extremely helpful and pleasant. After I hung up from that call someone else called me back and wanted to make sure everything was ok with my order. So they definitely get an A plus for customer service! We actually ordered 2 days in a row. And on second day we tried the orange chicken and fried dumplings! Delicious! Panda Garden Will be our new go to for local Chinese takeout!
Chicken Egg Fu Yung w/o the sauce, I am GF, and white rice. The food was quite tasty even w/o the sauce.I forgot to ask about use of the restroom before I ordered. I was told it was out of order so I canceled my order. Restaurants should not be allowed to operate w/o a working restroom. At that point the cashier checked w/the manager and he said it was fixed.Dietary restrictions: Ask before ordering and spell it out.My understanding is the gravies have Wheat Flour. I ate the Egg Fu Yung w/o the gravy
We won't order from anywhere else! The service is unparalleled, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They make you feel like a regular right away with their warm hospitality and excellent customer service. We usually place our orders online and then pick them up at the restaurant, and every single time, the food has been fantastic! We typically get some type of fried rice, a few appetizers, and an entrée to share, and everything always tastes fresh and full of flavor. Réservez une table maintenant
I had the fried chicken wings and shrimp fried rice from here and I will never order again! The wings were bland with no flavor and overcooked! They were so dark. It looked like they were fried in old grease! And the shrimps in the rice were so soft and mushy and didn’t taste good at all. ?️ Wasted my money. It’s sad because I’ve had their shrimp and broccoli a while ago and that was good and they aré usually very friendly, but now I’m not sure if I’ll be back.
I ordered a large catering-style meal, and it was fantastic! The food was incredibly fresh, the portions were generous, and it was all delicious! I didn't realize they were closed on Sundays, which happened to be the day of my event. However, they kindly agreed to come in just to prepare our food. I'm so grateful they did!
