I ordered food from them and they were upset when they missed an order that wasn 't in the bag so I was being unprofessionally yelled at! So then 4 months later I placed an order and they called me to tell me that my location was too far according to his boss but not true then he hung up on me and then I called back and the lady said the driver doesn 't want to deliver to me! I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately falls into the category of terrible service. I placed a delivery order for 6:30 PM tonight, and I live just half a mile away. By 7:10 PM, I called to check on my order, and the response I received was dismissive: "We'll do it now." When I mentioned that if it wasn't ready, I would like to cancel the order, the representative simply replied, "No problem, goodbye." This isn't the first time I've encountered such poor service here, and it's disheartening that the owner doesn't seem to care about offering an apology or making things right.
I seldomy review and when I do, its either because of excellent service or awful service. The service is awful here, I placed an order this evening at 6:30 pm for delivery, I am 1/2 Mile away. At 7:10 pm I call to see if the delivery guy left, sheresponds with ?we will make it now? I told her if it?s not being made yet then forget the order which she responded to bysaying, ?OK no problem goodbye? This is not the first time this has happened and the owner does not even care about apologizingor offering to make it up to me Terrible
During the pandemic, I anticipated mediocre food and slow delivery from this restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. Although prices have increased slightly compared to before the pandemic, they remain reasonable. The food quality is just as good as it was pre-pandemic, and delivery was impressively quick—about 20 minutes. I highly recommend trying their Spare Ribs and Sesame Chicken.

I've been ordering from Panda Garden of Rockland Incorporated for some time now, and wow, their food is always outstanding. The quality just keeps improving, and their customer service is excellent. They are incredibly kind and patient with each order. I'm so glad I decided to order from them. They truly are remarkable! Their menu offers a fantastic variety that never disappoints.
Okay, I didn?t see it coming. I was hit with the best Chinese food I?ve had in years. I?ve been to bougie places but this was a nice nook, the classic orders. I ordered my favorite Chinese restaurant classic, a Chicken with Broccoli with Pork-Fried rice and it was perfect. It wasn?t too salty, seasoned just right. We cleaned that plate.
Panda Garden Of Rockland Incorporated consistently delivers a great dining experience. The service is excellent, and the scallion pancakes, steamed dumplings, chicken and broccoli, and General Tso's chicken are all flavorful and satisfying. They offer self-serve sauces, and ordering online in advance is very convenient.

One year later: The food and service remain excellent! We are always delighted to order from this wonderful family. The traditional and vegetarian dishes are incredibly fresh and delicious. The family is amazing, and the service is friendly and efficient!
