I seldomy review and if I, its either because of excellent service or terrible service. The service is terrible here, I made an order for delivery tonight at 18:30, I am 1/2 miles away. At 7:10 am I calling to see if the deliveryman has gone, will she react with? will we do it now? I told her if it is not done yet, then forget the order she reacted to by saying: No problem goodbye? This is not the first time that this has happened, and the owner does not even care about the apology or the offer to make it terrible to me
During the pandemic, I expected the restaurant to put out mediocre and slow delivery at best but I was very surprised. The price tags, despite being slightly inflated from pre-pandemic service still was reasonable. The food is still as good as it was prior to the pandemic and the delivering time was excellent, it took around 20 minutes. I highly recommend their Spare Ribs and Sesame Chicken to try out one day
I have been ordering from them for a while now, and omg their food is consistently amazing. The quality keeps getting better and they provide excellent customer service. They are exceptionally sweet and patient with orders. I am so happy that I chose to order my food from there. They are truly amazing!!!
