I ordered egg drop wonton soup, egg rolls, french fries and general tso chicken. The food was good but the service was not. I was told they only accept credit cards and to present my ID and debit card to the driver. I had no issue doing so. I was given a delivery time of 39 minutes maximum. Over an hour and 2 phone calls later, I was told my food was left on the porch in the cold. I didn't receive a call nor did my doorbell ring. The restaurant told me they used an UBER driver and they would speak to them. Not sure if that's true because I've never been asked to have my ID and debit card ready to show by Uber. I ordered food through Uber Eats, but it was delivered to the wrong location. When I called Panda House, they told me they couldn't send out another order. We spent $49.21, including delivery fees and tips, but they said it was Uber's problem. My husband contacted Uber Eats and insisted that they need to pick up the food from wherever it was left and deliver it to us hot. After 20 minutes, we checked outside and found our food that had been delivered to the wrong place. I filled out a form for Uber Eats, but it said I wasn't eligible for a refund! I will never order from Panda House again, and I will never use Uber Eats. The driver was rude as well!
I used to really enjoy this restaurant. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and it was the only Chinese restaurant I ever visited. Unfortunately, since the new owners took over, the food has changed and it just isn't the same. It's not bad, but it doesn't match the quality it used to have. I've found a new spot that I prefer now.
Fantastic customer service. Will call and handle any issues on the phone asap instead of wiating till you get there. Best chinese takeout in the area bar none.Will keep eating here for sure.

This is some of the best sticky rice I've ever had! Normally, I would just throw away the white rice that comes with my meal, but this was pure gold!
I had hair in my shrimp fried rice. I'm African American. I actually never had a problem, but to see hair in my food, it was disgusting.
The chefs needs to stop talking plenty and there's a little boy that keeps running around and no one checks him
