The quality and quantity of food have certainly declined over the past couple of years, along with increased prices. This used to be a favorite spot for my wife and me, but it seems to follow the usual trend that many restaurants adopt: using cheaper ingredients, serving smaller portions, and charging more! There's nothing quite like getting a sandwich that's mostly bread! I sincerely hope you can make some positive changes to win back your former customers!
One of the bet parts of my day are going to Panera in the crack of dawn. I am there early and no matter what my food is good and it is hot. I especially love the morning sandwiches. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. The weekday staff is friendly and very professional. They are definately do a great job. Try breakfast at Panera. So good!!! Kid-friendliness: Yes! And they have good food you can trust a child can eat.
The General Manager is fantastic! They are very helpful in offering samples of soups to try before purchasing. I appreciate that there are juice and milk choices for children. The restaurant is very clean and the food arrives promptly!
My favorite part of this Panera is how every time I buy a soda, they don't give me a cup, so I ask for one and they act like I'm stealing soda. But they let me know they don't mind that I'm stealing it. Even though I bought it. Réservez une table maintenant
The prices here are outrageous. A restaurant that charges $13 for lunch is unlikely to last. It's best to avoid places where the menu prices aren't clearly displayed.
Took 20 minutes to receive my order. A few people came in after me and ordered and received their order way sooner than I received mine.
Ordered lunch for the office and received some brown and slimy lettuce in all the salads. Expected more, considering what they charge!
