They are unprofessional and poorly staffed, all-around horrible service.I ordered 4 items online and they did not inform me they could not complete the order; when I got there the only gave me 2 of the paid items and would not refund me for the other half of my order. The females at the front (who hid under the counter from when I arrived) assured me the manager would contact me about the refund at another time, and after a week unfortunately this never happened. They stole money from me and I hated every bit of the experience.
I ordered the French onion soup in a sourdough bread bowl. When I placed my order, I was told they were out of cheese, so I opted for mozzarella instead. However, my soup arrived without the bread bowl and without any cheese. The photos speak for themselves. I ended up paying nearly $9 for this disappointment. Is this a case of sheer incompetence, indifference to customers, or both?
Always great food at every Panera bread I was, and this place had great service. This is located in the food court at the Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale. This was my first time in this center. I'll get the salads in Panera Bread. Since I am diabetics, I have to limit myself to bread and pastries and other high-quality foods. It's great that they have a wide selection of salads.

We've been visiting Panera Bread for quite some time and consistently enjoy a great experience. The service is excellent, and the prices and menu options meet our expectations every time. Their customer service is exactly what you hope for, always having what you need. The chocolate mini tiny chippers are absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning.
Customer service is lacking, the restaurant is dirty and they got my entire order wrong! They also have zero gluten free options and really didn't make any effort to help with finding what would work. I ended up getting turkey on a plate with bacon, that's it. A friend got soup and it was cold. Its not a place that I will return to.

Never come here. The customer service is just the employees apologizing for the terrible food quality without fixing the issue. Spent over 40$ for my wife and kids and the sandwiches had a single slice of meat on all three.
