I went for lunch with my family a couple of days ago, and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. The salad I ordered, the Fuji apple salad, was spoiled— the lettuce was old and slimy. When I took my toddler to the bathroom, both stalls were filthy and covered in urine. To make matters worse, an employee was loudly singing, which was quite distracting. Additionally, someone in the booth next to us—either a patron or an employee—was playing music on their phone without headphones. Overall, I have no intention of returning to this location. If you're looking for a nice family outing, I recommend the one in South Windsor instead, especially considering that Panera isn't exactly inexpensiv...
The food is generally quite good, with certain dishes standing out more than others. Their breakfast sandwiches and baked goods are especially delicious. The sandwiches and soups are solid, although some choices, like the flatbread pizza, seem a bit out of place with the Panera style. The drinks are fantastic, especially the charged options, but be aware that they have a high caffeine content. The staff is mostly friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting, although it can get a bit busy for a relaxed dining experience.
The food was exceptional, and the customer service was top-notch. However, I did overhear some of the female staff in the pickup area discussing uncircumcised Caribbean penises, which made the woman behind me a bit uneasy. It was quite bold for them to talk about such topics while handling food! Despite that, I’m giving this place a 5-star rating—definitely an amusing experience!
The restaurant could benefit from more vegetarian options. Currently, there are only about four or five meal choices available for vegetarians, not counting bread and bakery items. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean, which I appreciated. Even though it was busy, the space is quite large, making it easy to find a place to sit.

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Panera, however the prices keep spiraling up, costing $25 for two half sandwiches and cups of soups. Cookies are now $4! For the price before tips there are more options, but their cheddar soup is delightful . Also took quite a while to get food
The service was sluggish and chaotic. The portion sizes don't justify the prices; I ended up with more bread than mac and cheese! This experience is a reminder of why I don't visit this place often.
We had one of the best experiences at Panera Bread in years! The service was quick, the food was prepared perfectly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, with clean tables. Thank you!
The tomato soup I thought it was going to be better but no there is a place in Mexico call Italianis the bred tomato soup is really good
