I've been going to Panera Bread for years. I did another review on this Panera Bread location back in Nov. 2019 and they're still messing things up. The item I ordered yesterday is something I've ordered many times, the Turkey/Avocado sandwich and Iknow how it's supposed to taste. At the Pasadena, CA location, they gave me my sandwich and with my first bite I realized itwasn't made right. It had no mayonnaise and basically no avocado (picture attached). I was told they had new staff. That's finebut train them properly before having them make the sandwich. This is a chain, it?s counter service with a good selection of bakery foods. They give you a pager when you order and then you go get the food yourself from a counter next to the kitchen. Before COVID they had wait staff that would bring the food out toyou, but post virus you get a pager and go get it yourself. Strange thing is that for all their concern about not having waitstaff since the virus, they?re still not concerned about wiping down the tables that customers are invited to clearthemselves. Panera Bread is a chain restaurant that offers counter service with a nice variety of bakery items. When you place your order, they give you a pager, and you then pick up your food from a counter near the kitchen. Prior to COVID, they had wait staff to bring your food to you, but now you have to retrieve it yourself. Interestingly, despite their efforts to minimize staff, they don’t seem to prioritize cleaning the tables that customers are expected to clear. It’s often difficult to find a clean table in the dining area, and they typically only clean them if someone complains. Customers are left to eat at sticky tables, which I find quite puzzling.
One of my favorite spots to relax with my device while savoring some French bread and coffee. They provide a great selection of beverages, with options for both regular and nonfat milk, including plant-based alternatives. The café draws a dedicated crowd throughout the day, including business professionals, students, and retirees. Most patrons are polite and absorbed in their own activities, reflecting the diverse demographics of this historic city and its surrounding middle-class neighborhoods. As a member of the sip club, the refreshing caffeine, satisfying carbs, proteins, and the overall vibe of the crowd keep me returning!

We are huge fans of Panera Bread! Their salads, sandwiches, soups, pastries, and breads are all wonderfully fresh and packed with flavor. The staff is always professional, friendly, and eager to help, consistently going the extra mile to make your visit enjoyable. I’ve also used their delivery service, and everything has arrived fresh and tasty every time. I’ve never encountered any problems with my orders.
This is a nice Panera Bread. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I love their Smokehouse BBQ Sandwich $9.49 and I love that it comes with chips. They offer many specials and promo codes for saving money with easy online ordering and fast pickup. Anice place to grab lunch and hang out.
I don’t tend to remember Panera when I am thinking of eating out which is a shame because every time I go I like it. I like that the options are a little healthier and not too large. I particularly like their soup and salads. Their fresh baked bread is good as well.
This chain bakery and restaurant stands strong in the midst of multiple new cafe openings. I love their salad and sandwich combos as well as their bagels and cream cheese . They also customize breakfast sandwiches so it’s a win win for breakfast.

Love their bagels in the morning with a cup of their dark roast coffee. Nice staff and nice place to dig into my laptop for a few hours. Frequent customer. Don't forget to sign up for their awards program. Plenty of perks there.
