The restaurant manager needs to read this.When you enter the front door, there are two signs that get your attention. The first says that they do not open until 8:00 am. Seems like a huge problem for a place specializing in bagels and breakfast sandwiches. All the other service businesses that I frequent have solved this labor shortage problem by now (March, 2022). The second sign says that customers must have exact change because of a coin shortage. Another problem that others don't seem to have.So I order a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. No sausage. I switch to bacon. I order the sandwich with the eggs scrambled. When the cashier reads the order back to me she doesn't say...
This has been the worst experience we've had at a Panera Bread. My partner and I came in when the temperature was 94 degrees with over 100% humidity, and they asked us to sit outside. When we informed them that my partner has a service dog with him, they still made us sit outside. To make matters worse, an employee kept hovering over us, which really took away from our enjoyment of the meal. We couldn't relax or truly appreciate the food, but I can't comment much on it since we were so distracted.
I visited this restaurant near the end of the lunch rush to pick up a few online orders for coworkers while placing my own order. Lilyanna was my cashier, and she was incredibly attentive. She managed to enter my somewhat complicated order perfectly and even brought me the online orders I needed. The food was excellent, and the service was fast. I will definitely return!
the whole dining room was dirty! I asked someone to clean a table. Four people looked at me like I was crazy. then he began complaining that I had to wipe my table and dry out the table and went to throw away the serviettes and two girls laughing at the front over me as if I was a sweat! there are at least 5 people who just hang around nothing, that's your job.

There was a 1inch piece of PLASTIC in my sandwich, obviously carelessness from their packaging. But That's disgusting being pregnant that's the last thing I need. The manager offer me a refund and free pastry for the inconvenience, I just took the refund. I'll always be hesitant about this location from here on unfortunately.
Pictured is a steak and white cheddar sandwich. This was $7.00. We will NOT be eating at Panera again. This is unsatisfactory. This is not a reflection of the service at this site because the staff was friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy.I would have rated ZERO stars
For lunch I got the tie Asian salad with chicken and the chicken Thai soup a strawberry banana smoothie and a chocolate chip cookie. The food taste good and fresh but the bill was $19.65 and you don't get much food for that so that's why I gave it four stars instead of five.
Got the teriyaki chicken and broccoli warm bowl, looking forward to trying this item, to my surprise I got one of the smallest portions (a third of the size it should be) ive seen for the highest priced item on the menu. Do not order this unless you want the petite menu

The restaurant offers a pleasant and tidy atmosphere, serving delicious food, Wi-Fi, and piping hot coffee. Personally, I enjoy their Chipotle Chicken Egg and avocado wrap.
The service and food were absolutely incredible; it's my favorite place to eat!
