this place does not seem to have everything together, which is a clear indication of bad management. I have gone to panera breads for ever and have never received such incompatible service. this is the second time that I ordered a chicken chip avocado melt and ended with less than a small handful of huh, the avocado was heavy, and the cheese was hardly on the sandwich. the only reason I gave them another shot was because I had a lunch, wanted a suppe and had no time to go elsewhere. the suppe tastes good. I will say that my eating came very fast, but it is likely because it was thrown together so badly. oh, and I asked for chips that even got on my reception, but got brot instead. perfection...
I ordered through the app, and while my order came out quickly, my mom's was completely forgotten, along with our sides. The employee apologized and assured me it would be out soon, mentioning they were just putting it in the oven. Ten minutes later, I was still waiting. Finally, one staff member acknowledged me and confirmed they had forgotten about the pizza—again!
It wasn’t a particularly busy time, just a standard day, and I’ve certainly seen this place much busier. Even then, I wouldn’t mind if it was packed; at least then I’d understand the wait. The food, when it finally arrived, was good, which is the only reason I’m giving this place three stars.
There aren't many dining options in the Bowie area, so I thought Panera would be a reliable choice. However, the service here was not up to par for a chain restaurant. After placing my order, they simply left my food sitting there. At most other Panera locations I've visited, they either provide a buzzer or announce your name when your order is ready. To make matters worse, they also forgot to prepare my sandwich. By the time I received my food, it was cold. I ordered the flatbread pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and it was quite disappointing. I think I’ll stick to my usual Panera location in Columbia from now on.
lunch for a meeting on Friday, 23 september. my lunch was ordered the day before to make sure that it would be ready for pickup at 11:30. I do this briefly. They got my order not correct and at worst I had ordered many salates, but they did not even contain a fork or serviette when they packed the lunch breaks. I was so embarrassed and angry to open the lunch packages. Moreover, they did not even mark every lunch, as I was with special needs at the participants. a good example of bad services. my dog home can make it better. never again. I would give them a negative five stars if I could. in a word you suck panera.

The house-style chicken soup was fantastic! I have a suggestion for the diners: while they enjoy their soup, they can visit Amazon.com to check out my book, "My Illegal Blind Trip," which is priced under $5! So, as they savor their soup, I encourage them to download and enjoy the book. It will surely make their visit to Panera Bread even more delightful – I guarantee it!
Used this location for a catering order for an event it was a waste of $300! Late delivery, did not set it up like requested on the order, supplied no plates, and to top it off, all of our juice was EXPIRED PAST A MONTH!
Big and spacious. Food was good. Drinks were not filled as compared to other customers' drinks during our dine-in visit. While service wasn't bad, I've experienced better at a location that I frequent in Alexandria, VA.
Finally used the last bit of change on my gift card. Food from this place is always satisfying, light and fresh.
