I had the worst experience at Panera I've ever had, and to be honest, I haven't been to a good Panera in quite some time. I was with my two kids, having just picked them up from school, and we had two free kids meal vouchers. One of the vouchers was not filled out because the school had given us blank forms, but I didn't think it would be a problem. However, the manager immediately dismissed it, stating she couldn’t accept it since it wasn’t completed. She was quite rude, especially considering I was alone with my two children under the age of five. After I expressed my frustration, she finally agreed to accept the voucher, but the whole situation was completely absurd.

I meet friends at Panera and enjoy a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup my fav., After you have your meal, make sure you save room for their cookies, Delish One thing I was surprised about was that my friend next to me. Her and her husband bought twomeals, two drinks. The total was over $28.00 seriously.... Two meals two drinks $28.96 On second thought ???? for thatprice. They should of offered valet parking. ????
The pick two never disappoints! This location is a busy one, right next to Emory's campus. However i was able for find parking and restaurant seating both of which can be limited). I got my go to selection on the pick two cheddar broccoli soup perfectfor the fall/winter season weather) and the chicken Fuji apple salad my absolute favorite. The chocolate chip cookie was also agood treat!
Getting smaller smaller smaller. $7 half sandwich is a little bit bigger than my Costco membership card. This is why my friends hate and I won 't go to Panera at Emory Village. Raised price (of course all Panera did but) and began to make sandwiches waytoo small . We all are aware of inflation but they shouldn 't have done both. Gone too far.

I used to avoid this Panera because they frequently ran out of items, but I’m happy to say that hasn’t been an issue over the past few months! I’ve been ordering through the app, and each time my order has been accurate, ready for pick-up, and absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work—keep it up!
I visited this location for the first time and decided to try a half Caesar salad, although I usually order full-sized salads. My Turkey Bravo was excellent, but I found the salad to be a bit lacking. Despite this, I plan to return because the customer service was great and the food was consistently good.
We always enjoy dining here whenever we have appointments at Emory, which is a couple of times each month. The pleasant dining area, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff make for a lovely experience. I particularly love their broccoli cheddar soup, and their coffee is excellent too.
Currently stuck here because my car died. Woman behind the counter was super nice and could tell something was up so she just gave me 2 cookies for free. Honestly haven?t been treated this nice by a business in forever. Thanks for the genuine kindness.

Panera Bread near Emory University, it was an awesome blueberry muffin for me and the wife loved the bear claw. The price was right for the quality of the food received (said another way, it was just a bit high but it was worth it). Good Job Guys!
