Whoever is in charge of operations here should be thoroughly embarrassed. I visited on a Saturday around 1 PM and placed an order using their kiosk, which promised a text notification when my food would be ready. Like other Panera locations, they have an electronic board to show the status of orders. However, I didn't see my name listed. After speaking with some other patrons, it became clear that their names were missing too, regardless of whether they ordered through the kiosk or at the counter. It seemed like the board was only showing orders made via the app.

It’s not the greatest Panera bread I’ve ever seen. The steak was really tough and it wasn’t cooked well. I also asked for extra cheese and they didn’t give it. Staff were ok but nothing special. I ordered three Frontega chicken sandwiches and two bowls of broccoli cheddar soup. All three sandwiches were supposed to be warm, but they arrived cold, had very little chicken, and were mostly just bread! The broccoli cheddar soup was extremely watered down and barely warm. The bread served with the soup was so hard that it must have been left out all day. It was absolutely terrible! What has happened to this place? If I could give it zero stars, I would! This is a joke. I spent almost $60 for what felt like nothing!
I only had to wait a short while in line when the cashier, Heidi, came out from behind the counter to greet an elderly woman with a hug. While I was browsing the menu, I was offered assistance twice. Heidi then told me that because I patiently waited while she greeted the woman, I would receive a complimentary drink. I've been to several Panera locations across various states, but this one was my favorite. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was delightful. I'll definitely be coming back!

Ordered food for the first time and I got the Asian chicken salad but as I took a bite the chicken was SLIMY…!! And smelled like rotten meat I looked through the salad and all the chicken was bad I called to let them know just to be told I was lying then when I offered to bring it back and show them the spoiled meat he talked to me like a loser DO BETTER PANERA YOUR COMPANY IS SELLING ROTTEN CHICKEN…!!! The service was good but the food was terrible
Absolutely the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. It came on overly processed, thick Texas toast that was barely toasted—not grilled at all. It was just unappetizing and felt like a total ripoff. The tomato soup was okay but lacked flavor. Overall, it was a very pricey lunch for my family and me, especially considering the food was well below average. The only silver lining was sitting next to the fireplace.
This place is on a downward slide. I usually order the turkey avocado BLT, and it’s typically fantastic with a generous portion of avocado. But today was different—this is what they consider avocado in a sandwich? I’ll be heading to Pembroke during my lunch break from now on, or I’ll just order from a completely different place if they can't get it right.
The restaurant has been experiencing staffing shortages recently and seems to be closed more frequently than it's open. Nonetheless, when it is open, it's an excellent place for a quick meal.

The prices are too high. The cashier at the drive-thru was not very efficient.
