Panera Bread - Réservation de table

Came in during peak lunch hour. Attempted to use self service kiosk, but had a Visa giftcard mishap. Cashier was very very helpful and patient. Employee assigned to dining room clean up tried to help me at the kiosk; observed her helping multiple patrons with clean up and chairs. Gentleman on prep duty was very quick to give me the desired soup, when it was my own fault I didn’t catch my mistake that the broccoli cheddar soup was replaced with broccoli cheddar mac'n'cheese. Made a huge dufference to my day.It is very evident this team of people want to treat patrons nicely and deserve all the appreciation possible. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Every time I visit the Panera in Olathe, I am treated with the utmost respect by the staff. I have developed a fondness for a couple of the employees there, especially Mariah and Brad. The management team, including Luke and Alex, along with the rest of the management, is fantastic. The Olathe Panera on 119th Street truly deserves 10 stars!

The prices are on the higher side, but nowadays everything seems to cost more, and you definitely get quality food. The salads are always fresh, the sandwiches are great, and the soups are delicious. They really need to bring back the baked potato soup!

The manager was very nice and helped us find vegan options. Service was fast considering that they were very busy. Had the Mediterranean bowl without feta. Very good. Would have liked more! Réservez une table maintenant

Food is fine..BUT the RESTROOMS at this location are horrible.... Very dated and not clean... Check out Culver's at 151st for comparison

We asked a question and the manager or supervisor guy was rude. On top of that, we paid $11 for a plain and average chicken sandwich.
