I don't go to Panera often but I meet a friend there every few months. I had the potato soup and it was excellent! She had a chicken salad and it was beautifully prepared and it looked delicious! We shared a very yummy sweet roll. The food is always really good here.The service was friendly, the store was clean and I always enjoy my visit when I'm there.
that was okay and there was a lot of it, but my main complaint would be the sitting. I sat in one of the stands and found the back so abnormal for the form of my back and I don't think I would do that again. Unfortunately, the wooden chairs hurt my back, so I would recommend that you make your business try to redesign their seats.
Tried to place an order was told, after order was placed, that certain sandwich ingredients were not available. Price would not change. Person picking up order was on the way. Then was given a lesson in supply chain management by store manager...I am tired of the Covid hangover excuse.

I always come to this restaurant, but every time I visit at 9:30am, they are always out of soufflés. It's frustrating and I'm not sure why this keeps happening.
Food great.. service not so much. This is the third time I gave easy special instructions and third time they were totally ignored.
